Being in respectable position MLA, Raj Ballabh Yadav is facing charges of sexually assaulting a minor girl in Bihar. This situations not only embarrassed Lalu Prasad Yadav's RJD, but also 5-time CM Nitish Kumar for being partner in JD-U (Janata Dal United)which led by him.
As per information from Victim, A woman named Sulekha Devi taken the girl to an undisclosed location which is 15 km away from the district headquarters Bihar Sharif.
The girl is been forced to take alcohol by the Devi and there after MLA has raped her. Devi gave the victim Rs 30,000 before leaving the spot.
Cops registered the case and investigate the victim and taken her to the crime spot. The place were the sexual assault took place was actually the house of RJD MLA. Even the victim identified Mr.Raj Ballabh Yadav is the person who exploited her.
Orders is been issued against to him to take the RJD Legislator into custody.
