When Govt Says loan , People are become desparate to get loans. Usual when Govt announce scheme all people wanted to look for their benefits.
This show three kind of people we observe
1. Really poor people who are the targeted people and definitely they need it to better their lives.
2. People who are lazy to work and looking for easy money (definitey not encouraging). Govt have to be careful in filter this people.
3.People who are trying without any necessity and they looking for profits.
When Govt Announced about Kapu Loans, people went mad and kept applications from all over Andhra Pradesh the desperation in this are high. Even BC loans doesn't have that much carze. But Kapu loan have gone like virus and every one started application mad. Some Doesn't Even have reason for application.With all people running for internet cafes and Mee-Seva got busy in apply for this loan application.
This is the current topic in people. So, Let see how Govt will handle the situation. Not only Kapu loan and when central Govt Narendra Modi announced Mitra loans. People did the same.
This shows the desperation for money among people and state situation with increase burden on them.
