Popular Mallu actress Kavya Madhavan says that she is ready for a remarriage. The homely actress who is all set to make a comeback with Aakashavani responded to the rumours on her marriage.
The actress added that she will be having only a love marriage as she has seen the problems of an arranged marriage in the past. She said "I shall not be able to marry one who sees me just as a star. I wish I could marry a person who is my friend first, lover next and husband last."
The popular actress married actor Nishal Chandra on February 9 in 2009. After the marriage she moved to Kuwait to stay with her husband. But differences cropped up between them and she filed a divorce petition with the Family Court at Ernakulam.
Kavya also wants her future husband to treat her as a girl next door rather than a celebrity. The two-time state-award winning actress is also enjoying her stint as a business woman.
