According to a political analyst, Naidu’s idea of constructing temporary official complex for state secretariat was nothing but waste of money, as nothing had stopped him from constructing the permanent buildings.
“It is more than four months since Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid foundation for the new capital of Amaravati. Since then, not a single work has commenced.
Naidu has been wasting time in the name of revised master plan for Capital Region Development and also escaping by projecting colourful films for the people. As people are getting impatient, he has come out with this idea of temporary official complex.
Actually question started people's mind is "when the actual capital construction would begin and what would happen to the temporary Secretariat complex.Why temporary ?What is stopping him to go for permanent Secretariat complex once and for all?
The cost of the temporary structures is Rs 3,300 per square feet. Is it foolish activity or not Mr Naidu?
