AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu openly expressed his displeasure on the mindset of people in Vijayawada. He complained that all of his appeals to change the situation have fallen on deaf ear.
Naidu mentioned about the alarming rise in the land prices and rentals in Vijayawada soon after the Temporary Capital announcement. He told outsiders are scared of visiting Vijayawada due to the high cost of living.
Hi-Tech Babu opined ease of doing business in Singapore far better than Vijayawada. He complained people have stopped selling lands in Vijayawada expecting more real boom in the near future and at the same time rentals have been unbearable. AP Chief Minister warned problems would only grow if people wish to make money using lands and rentals. Will Naidu's explanation bring a change?
